This is a great and easy add-on application for anyone using Google Calendar that is making appointments! We run a tax prep service with a busy office of 6 preparers. We have found our no-show appointment rate has got much better. We get a reply from clients if they cannot make it - so we can book another appointment in their place which has increased the bottom line. It has also made us proactive to call the canceling client and rebook an appointment.

As a nail technician with a large clientele, I use Google Calendar to schedule all of my appointments. Google Calendar is a great system, but texting each client's nail appointments was time-consuming. That's where Remind 1 comes in. This app automates the confirmation process, saving me a ton of time and hassle. The app developer is also super responsive and helpful, which is a big plus. I highly recommend Remind 1 to any business owner who needs to automate their appointment confirmations.

Works well.. easy to set and use.. One improvement could be for it to pickup the phone contact from the guest attendee and send reminder automatically. Currently we have manually copy and paste the number.

Easy to use. Really helpful is sending reminder about appointments especially when you are dealing with different timezones. I wish it was cheaper though or allowed more number of reminders/texts.

Using this app has been such a tremendous help to our business! Being able to set up the app reminders and the customers being able to respond back through it has been amazing!! We just love that we can set up multiple reminders for our clients, and even better, it all goes straight to our Google calendar!! Plus, it really helps to keep clients updated on when their pickups are and if they need to reschedule, it reminds them to give us a call. This has truly been a time saver when it comes to not having to make as many calls to clients before their appointments. You can't go wrong with using this app!!

This is a great app. I tied this into our webform and google calendar so that each time a booking is made the phone number is saved with # in front. The customer automatically gets an sms the day before their appointment with all the details and are able to confirm. This means less time for my team sending sms manually or calling customers. I researched other apps and found this one to provide the most flexibility. You would get the most out of this app if you use a webform or script to create your bookings.
